Bring water to a boil and cook penne for 8 - 10 minutes until al dente.
Meanwhile, cut chicken into 2 cm cubes and season with paprika, basil, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Stir in onion, red pepper and green pepper with a pinch of salt, cooking for 5 minutes until soft. Add garlic and stir. Increase heat to medium-high and add chicken in a single layer. Cook for 5 - 6 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for another 5 - 6 minutes.
Stir in diced tomatoes, cream and parmesan cheese, mixing well to combine. Stir in penne. Simmer for about 2 minutes until heated through and serve.
