Ingredients

450 g  Beef mince

1 tsp  Salt

1/2 tsp  Chilli flakes

2 Tbsp  Tomato paste

2 tsp  Oregano

1 tsp  Black pepper

340 g  Spaghetti pasta

Instructions

Step 1

Make meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together groundbeef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, eggsalt, and crushed red Chilli flakes. Form into 16 meatballs and place in the bottom of a Crock Pot.

  1. In another large bowl, mix together crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, oregano, and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of red chilli flakes. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover Crock Pot with lid and cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4, until meatballs are cooked through.

  1. During the last hour of cooking add chicken stock and spaghetti to Crock Pot, breaking Pasta Polana in half to fit. Replace lid and continue cooking for the remaining hour.

  1. Garnish with Parmesan and Chopped parlsey before serving.
