Cook Pasta in Pot of salted Boiling water with a teaspoon of oil, for 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, melt butter in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until just softened. Add flour. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until bubbling. Remove from heat.
Gradually add milk, stirring, until smooth and combined. Return to heat. Cook, stirring, for 4 to 5 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Add cheese. Stir until just melted. And seasoning and serve
