Boil the Elbow pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse with cold water and stir to prevent sticking. Set aside to cool.
In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing, cream and mayonnaise together.
Place Elbow pasta in a large bowl. Toss with the ranch drerssing mixture.
Add the cheese, peas and bacon to the pasta and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container until ready to serve. The pasta might absorb some of the sauce over time, so you can add more cream and mayonnaise, if needed.
