Ingredients

375 g  Spaghetti pasta

2 tsp  Olive oil

1   Celery stick, finely chopped

1   Carrot, finely chopped

500 g  Beef mince

420 g  Basil tomato pasta sauce

1   Parmesan cheese

1   Parsley

1   Onion, chopped

1 pinch   Salt

4 leaves   Chard, chopped

Instructions

Step 1

Cook the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the onion, celery and carrot and cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until just softened. Add the mince and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 7 mins or until browned. Add the pasta sauce and bring to a simmer. Stir in the chard and cook for 5 mins or until just wilted.

Step 3

Add the sauce to the pasta and stir until heated through. Serve topped with parmesan and parsley.
