Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling water for 8 to 12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure that no water gets into the chocolate. Steadily add the milk and cream, stirring continuously until the texture is smooth.
Make sure the chocolate mixture is at room temperature, then add cooked spaghetti and mix well until completely covered. Place into two small dessert bowls and chill. When ready, top each serving with a strawberry and serve.
