Ingredients

375 g  Tagliatelle

2 tsp  Olive oil

1   Onion, sliced

2 cloves   Garlic, crushed

100 g  Bacon, sliced

1 tsp  Fresh thyme leaves

2 Tbsp  Bakpro Cake Flour

2 c  Milk

2   Zucchinis, sliced thinly into ribbons

1/2 c  Parmesan cheese (or cheddar), grated

1 pinch   Freshly round black pepper

1/2 tsp  Salt

Instructions

Step 1

Cook tagliatelle in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 8 -12 minutes, until al dente. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 - 3 minutes, until softened. Add bacon and thyme and cook for a further 2 minutes.

Sprinkle with flour and stir to combine. Remove from heat and slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly. Return to medium heat and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until thickened. Add zucchini and cook for 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt.

Stir in parmesan and pasta. Serve immediately with freshly ground black pepper.
