Pasta Rice Pudding with Raisins

Ingredients

100 g  Pasta rice

2   Eggs

2 Tbsp  Sugar

600 ml  Milk

1 tsp  Grated Nutmeg

2 Tbsp  Raisins

Instructions

Step 1

Cook the Pasta Rice in a saucepan of boiling water for 8 - 12 minutes until tender. Drain and place pasta in a well-greased pie or shallow casserole dish.

Step 2

Beat the eggs until light and fluffy. Add the sugar and milk and mix well. Add the raisins to the mixture.

Pour the mixture over the pasta rice and stir to coat evenly. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour until the milk and egg mixture has set. Sprinkle the grated nutmeg over the pasta rice pudding and serve.
