Heat the oil in a large casserole dish or deep frying pan. Add the onion, celery and garlic, and fry over a low heat for a few mins until starting to soften. Add the wine and bring to the boil. Simmer for 1-2 mins, then add the stock, the turmeric and some seasoning. When bubbling, reduce to a simmer and stir in the Pasta Rice. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 4 mins.
Add the seafood mix, re-cover and cook for 5 mins more until the pasta is cooked, scatter with parsley and serve in bowls
