Set the oven to grill. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a jug and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a medium, non-stick, ovenproof frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
Add the spaghetti and spring onion and stir to combine. Then add the egg mixture. Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle with cheese. Cook for 5 minutes or until almost set.
Place the pan under the grill and cook for 4 minutes or until golden and set. Cut into wedges and serve.
