Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water for 8 - 12 miuntes or until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Slice and set aside.
Heat remaining oil in the saucepan. Cook zucchini, fennel and garlic for 1 to 2 minutes until soft. Toss with chicken, spaghetti, orange rind and dill. Serve drizzled with a little extra olive oil.
