Fruity Pasta Rice Pudding

Ingredients

200 g  Pasta rice

1 Tbsp  Sunflower oil

1 pinch   Salt

3 Tbsp  Condensed milk

1 tsp  Cinnamon

1/2 tsp  Ground ginger

1 Tbsp  Apricot jam

1   Kiwi

1   Sweet melon

Instructions

Step 1

Bring 50 ml water to the boil and add the sunflower oil and salt. Add the pasta rice to the water and boil for 8 - 10 minutes. Drain the pasta rice and let it cool down.

Step 2

Add the condensed milk, apricot jam, cinnamon and ginger to the cooled pasta rice and mix well. Place the mixture in dessert glasses or bowls.

Step 3

Slice the sweet melon and kiwi (or any other seasonal fruit) and place on top of the pasta rice pudding. Serve chilled.
