Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 8 to 12 minutes or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/3 cup of cooking liquid.
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large deep frying pan over medium heat. Add spring onion and garlic to pan and cook for 3 minutes or until spring onion softens, stirring continuously. Add wine. Cook for 3 minutes or until liquid has almost evaporated.
Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes or until prawns just change colour. Add cream and reserved cooking liquid. Bring to a simmer. Add parmesan and dill. Stir until smooth. Add pasta and peas and stir until peas are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Place in a serving dish, sprinkle with remaining dill and serve.
